 `fixed-major` and `fixed-minor` keywords appear to be a part of the
 release workflow [https://make.wordpress.org/core/2011/04/06/the-keywords-
 fixed-major-and-fixed/ since 2011] (the latter is used much less
 frequently though).

 Any reason not to add them, or at least `fixed-major`, to the dropdown?
