 Fwiw, I disagree with why this was closed. If we're going to have
 languages ''in a sentence'' they should be localized. In the case of the
 English plugin directory, that would be in English. That said, I think
 this is a wontfix in favor of #1259, where we should list all locales in
 the sidebar, in their native name.
