 DevHub: Ensure the "Parsed Summary" and "Parsed Description" inputs are
 correctly labeled in the "Parsed Content" meta box.

 Also fix some styling in the meta box to properly hide the excerpt
 textarea element by default and make it large enough to see the entire
 summary when active.

 Fixes #1248.
