#1245: Open Sans on Trac not rendering in Chrome

Not sure where the bug is, but figured I'd report it here since this is
 where I'm seeing it.

In Chrome 45 on OS X, Open Sans isn't rendering properly in Trac; this is
most noticeable in the up/down arrows on the links to threaded comments on
tickets. Instead of a regular arrow, the image is a square with both up
and down arrows. Changing the font to 'sans-serif' displays the correct
arrows and typeface in the rest of the page.

I've looked up this issue and it seems like it usually affects both Chrome
and Safari, but Safari is rendering it without any problems. I also have
Open Sans installed as a system font through Typekit, in case that becomes
 an issue during troubleshooting.
