#1241: Change "Details" label to "Teams" on the Polyglots /team page

I'd like to suggest we change the "Details" label to "Teams" on the
 Polyglots teams page https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/

It's not really clear what the details link will lead to and all the other
information apart from the teams info is already displayed in the table -
the Language name leads to the Rosetta site, the locale code leads to the
translate project and so does the progress percent.

Based on the last 4 contributor days I've been to, people find it hard to
find the translation editors information and almost always click on the
 language name instead.

If the label was called "Team", that would give a much better clue where
one should click to find the team information.
