 There are four types of tickets on Core Trac:
 * defect (bug)
 * enhancement
 * feature request
 * task (blessed)

 However, the note for welcoming new contributors uses a hardcoded "bug
 report" string:
 {{{
 Make sure %s receives a warm welcome. It's their first bug report!
 }}}
 I'd suggest just using "ticket".
