#1358: Allow users to filter out themes that upsell or have features locked

As a user, it's very frustrating to search for themes in the directory,
find one that you like, and then discover that many of the features are
 locked.

 For example:

Searching for an appropriate theme for your website is a time-consuming
task. If you're looking for a free theme, the you're looking for a free
theme. A user finds a theme they like, installs it and discovers that they
need to pay: this wastes the user's time. It undermines their confidence
in the theme directory as a free theme repository as opposed to a freemium
 repository made for upselling.

Having a filter like 'Exclude themes with pro versions' would at least
allow users to get around this.
