#1356: Rosetta site: make the project search perform on both the project's name
and its slug.

Adding a user as a translator to a project is now much easier, but I
noticed an issue in the search: Search is done on the project's title, not
 it's slug.

That can warrant a (albeit quick) search to determine what's the string to
 search for.

 Case in point: [https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/2015/10/18/i-am-the-
plugin-author-for-nextgen-facebook/ this post]. When searching through the
Rosetta interface, the WP-SSO project can only be found with a search on
"Social Sharing Optimization" (part of the project's name), and not by
typing "SSO" (the slug). Both would accelerate the addition of the user to
 the project.
