#1341: Search in WordCamp PDX turned up rogue links

We've been unable to get a search form into WordCamp PDX site so I used
the /?s=social to find a post we've published on social media for the
event and turned up these bizarre links in the on site search, both 404:

 moderate-i-can-haz-social-media-yes-wcpdx-can-haz-2/

 moderate-i-can-haz-social-media-yes-wcpdx-can-haz/

Why would there be something with a San Francisco Ticket in the slug
 appearing in our public search?

Both are 404, which means there is nothing to see, but this is odd and I
wonder if there is a database issue or...no clue. Never have I seen this
 one. Ideas?
