#1339: The translate system is not generating all the string from the readme.txt
file

 Just finished translating to [https://he.wordpress.org/plugins/bbpress/
 hebrew (he_IL)] all the [https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/he/default
 /wp-plugins/bbpress bbPress strings]. Then I went translating the plugin
 page on the local repo - translating the `readme.txt` file.

 At this point I noticed that I don't see all string from the plugin page
 are in translate.wordpress.org (See the screenshot).

 Then I went to the original readme file to see what's wrong. Seems like
 they use wrong markup to show lists. If affects the local plugin page and
 the translation system.
