Comment:

 If I enter my locales "waiting" strings section and wanting to return to
 the "waiting" tab of my locale after translating strings is not currently
 possible without typing the URL or reopening via a bookmark/favourite
 which is slow and cumbersome to say the least.

 Repro

 1. Open https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/en-au/default/waiting
 2. Approve some strings for a project in the waiting tab e.g
 https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/delete-duplicate-
 posts/stable/en-au/default

 Results:
 On the page https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/delete-
 duplicate-posts/stable/en-au/default there is no link to return to
 https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/en-au/

 Expected:

 A link allowing me to return to https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/en-
 au
