 In your case, the phrase "optimization page" was untranslated in Polish
 and Japanese. Looking at your .po files here, that phrase is indeed not in
 them. It was not detected because it is not there.

 I suspect that simply translating that phrase on translate.wordpress.org
 and having it validated would cause things to get changed.
