 I added the part that could be seen as "rating" mainly to address the
 concern that you might want filter the list by people who have only
 contributed in the last 12 months, for example when you want to ask them
 if they could help with more translations.

 Maybe this feature shouldn't be exposed in that way, though, and just be
 available for a possible future notification feature.

 I agree that the list would be useful on the project page itself, I'll try
 that in the next iteration.
