 I agree with @zodiac1978, we should remove those links.

 This issue was mentioned several times by the Israeli WordPress community.
 We never had "Beta" and "RC" versions in hebrew.

 And I agree with @SergeyBiryukov too. Bookmarks are so wp2.x ...
