 Most Rosetta sites don't suffer this as they use a Page for posts (Which
 is preferred IIRC, the default, and I think what we were going to
 standardise on), for example:
 https://de.wordpress.org/2015/11/12/wordpress-4-4-beta-4/ unlike Japanese
 which uses the front-page blog setup instead

 Due to the complexity of the header menu having to be used in many
 different contexts, I don't think we're going to be able to fix this
 particular issue easily.
