 It's quite curious, the tab "Waiting" next to `WordPress Themes Plugins
 Meta Apps` is only there sometimes:

  * https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/zh-tw doesn't have it
  * https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/zh-tw/default/waiting doesn't
 have it
  * https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/de has it
  * https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/de/default/waiting has it, too

 Was this "Projects with waiting strings" page planned to be removed?
