 The query needs to be updated around this line:

 /wp-content/plugins/trac-notifications/trac-components.php#L439. We've
 historically had tons of these in the Customize component, due to the
 large number of bigger-picture and longer-term tickets that we have. That
 distracts from this query's focus as an area needing attention, and
 component maintainers are likely able to get attention for their tickets
 if they need it through other means.
