 Hi,

 Compare those links to see the issues:

 https://he.wordpress.org/
 https://he.wordpress.org/themes/
 https://he.wordpress.org/plugins/

 1. The header in the plugin directory is not aligned to right.
 2. The footer is from the main site, not from local. local has no footer!
 3. The content needs RTL love.
