 This might be a Jetpack thing but if I publish a comment, and it's held
 for moderation, and then I reply to that comment (because I can still see
 it) and the child comment is approved, if I view the page as someone else,
 they can see the child comment even though the parent comment hasn't been
 published yet, which could take things out of context. We should not
 display children of moderated comments.
