Comment:

 Fixed in [9939-dotorg] and [9940-dotorg].

 Due to width constraints for the content area of the Plugin Directory
 (especially compared to core) I'm not sure if making use of action
 links/buttons here would look right, so I removed that code and styles for
 now.
