 There are some improvements we can have:

 1. We should keep the breadcrumbs navigation relative to locale for sub-
 projects.

 Akismet

 Projects→Plugins→Akismet→Development→Romanian

 will become something like this:

 '''Locales→Romanian→Akismet→Development'''

 This will help contributors to easily navigate back and forth without
 leaving the locale context.

 2. Ways to easily identify incomplete translations, maybe
 [https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/meta-i18n/p1435227533000002 global
 synthetic percentages] or [https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/meta-
 i18n/p1435239721000015 a watch feature].
