Comment:

 Yeah, all WordCamp sites are using HTTPS now, on the front-end and back-
 end.

 I consolidated all of our Jetpack tweaks into
 [https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/browser/sites/trunk/wordcamp.org/public_html
 /wp-content/mu-plugins/jetpack-tweaks.php mu-plugins/jetpack-tweaks.php],
 so that'd be the best place for this.
