Comment:

 I've changed the `depth` parameter of `wp_nav_menu()` to 1 in
 [10488-dotorg].

 It looks like [source:/sites/trunk/global.wordpress.org/public_html/wp-
 content/themes/rosetta/functions.php#L60] gets ignored for the
 accessibility links.
