 https://translate.wordpress.org/languages/ru now redirects to
 https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/ru, but the
 [https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ Teams page] still links to
 the old URL.

 We can skip the redirect by linking to the new URL.
