 Each title on the page has an id that you can link to externally. In the
 case of page this id is "page" however there is another element on the
 page with the id "page" this means that you cannot link to this title
 specifically, and it will instead auto scroll to the top of the page where
 this other element is. For example I can link to the single post title
 https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/basics/template-hierarchy/#single-
 post and any other title on the page but not the "Page" title.
