Changes (by ocean90):

 * status:  new => closed
 * resolution:   => worksforme


Comment:

 Just installed WordPress 4.1 in Romanian via the language chooser and the
 default category is translated to "Fără categorie".
 Have in mind that the default category is only created on install.
 Changing the language later will not change the default category.

 Closing as works for me.
