 Not sure if this is a real bug or if themes are not synced properly.

 However, by viewing the popular themes list of the new themes directory I
 noticed some themes missing.

 https://wordpress.org/themes/browse/popular/ versus
 https://wordpress.org/themesnew/browse/popular/

 The first 30 themes are displayed fine, but number 31 to 40 of the popular
 themes in the old directory are missing in the new one.

 Seemed weird that an exact block of 10 themes was missing.
