 Looks like the page is still there (which is good), but it no longer has a
 link in the admin menu (at least for Editors), which is confusing. I can
 only see it if I go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats manually.

 It used to have a link under Dashboard section (see the screenshot from
 the ticket description).

 The link is no longer there, and there's no active menu item when I'm on
 that page (see the two screenshots above).
