 The new themes directory at https://wordpress.org/themesnew/ has problems
 with deep links. For example, clicking the more info link for a theme
 results in a url.replace such as:

 https://wordpress.org/themesnew/zeedynamic/

 The problem is that this new link returns a 404 HTTP status code, but
 legitimate content. The page title also indicates it's a 404 ("WordPress >
 Page not found > Themes Directory").
