 In Chrome (but not in Safari), on any WordPress.org page (try the homepage
 as an example)
 if you hover a URL and then just hover text, the little status bar
 continues to display the URL of the current page instead of disappearing.

 It's like there's a huge <a> across the entire page that can't be clicked.
