[https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/102 #102-jetpack] isn't
fixed yet, so I think for now we'll just have to work around it. You can
do that by creating a temporary page with a contact form that you want to
use, and setting the other form(s) to drafts. Or, you could make sure that
the page you want to use has a lower ID than the other pages.
