 Jetpack's holiday snow module is an embarrassment to Jetpack, causes
 exceptionally high CPU usage, and causes many accessibility problems. I've
 noticed it in use on some wordcamp.org sites. It should be disabled
 globally on the wordcamp.org/wordpress.org networks.
