 I'm seeing the responsive styles applied on my laptop, but not my phone —
 looks like it's missing the viewport meta tag in the header.

 Otherwise, there's a couple tweaks we should consider making (header text
 is still large enough to force a horizontal scrollbar) , but it's
 definitely an improvement on no responsiveness.
