#1427: '.uparrow' div denoting current position in main nav is incorrectly colored
on blog pages

 It's the same background color as the '#headline' div, which does not
 exist on the blog page causing a discrepancy. Either the arrow should be
 colored white or the blog page should have the same headline as everything
 else.
