Comment:

 There has previously been some work to create a replacement for the ideas
 section (cc @nacin, @lancewillett), but I'm not sure of its status now.
 Regardless of its status though, it's not worth the time to scrub the code
 for the ideas forum (which is built on an old bbPress installation) and
 make it available for public use.

 Marking this as wontfix.
