 Console reads:
 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://wordpress.org/ideas/topic/add-image-
 caption-hook' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure
 XMLHttpRequest endpoint 'http://wordpress.org/ideas/bb-admin/admin-
 ajax.php'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over
 HTTPS.
