 Thanks for the suggestions, @melchoyce and @netweb -
 [attachment:conduct.3.md] includes these changes.

 I haven't tried to incorporate any language from Contributor Covenant - it
 seems that the current draft covers everything mentioned there. Is there
 anything I've missed?
