 Currently, if you type in #123 on a make site, it assumes you want to link
 to the core ticket. Much like intertrac does for our trac instances, we
 should let you type #123-meta (for example) and link to the relevant meta
 ticket.

 (Note, shortly after posting this ticket, make/community and make/meta
 will be changed to link to meta tickets by default. But they should still
 be able to go to #123-core and link to the relevant core ticket.)
