 A useful add-on in the Rosetta sidebar, under under the blue Download WP
 button.

 In many cases the language pack download is enough for adding a new
 language. So it will be nice to have it close to the blue WP download
 button.
 This button it is already created in the
 [https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/?locale=ro_RO Translations
 Team] page.
