 @coffee2code Main reason I asked was that I figured we were already
 pulling the activity log for a user when displaying the profile, so maybe
 a check on the data there wouldn't be an extra query. But I assume that
 we're not pulling the full log, just the most recent, so yeah, that might
 not scale.
