 Question.

 Who is entitled to the Polylgots badge on their WordPress.org profile?
 It's a little unclear right now and I haven't seen the badge on any
 profile but Ze's.

 Shouldn't everyone with validator rights on GlotPress receive the
 Polyglots badge as a recognition for their responsibility for a certain
 locale?
