 When sorting Trac tickets by priority, the resulting table is sorted
 alphabetically, which is not congruent with actual priority (e.g. high,
 low, normal instead of high, normal, low). There is a ticket on the main
 Trac site that appears to indicate this issue was fixed 10 years ago:
 http://trac.edgewall.org/changeset/940.

 The ticket doesn't describe in very much detail what the fix entails, and
 I'm not very familiar with Trac, so can someone who knows more than me
 take a look and identify if this fix is what we're looking for, and if so
 why it's not in place on WP's Trac?
