 The basic premise is an extension of the /cc functionality ... the idea is
 to support the ticket's basic idea (as well as /cc'ing the topic) and/or a
 specific comment in the ticket when you may not have anything significant
 to add to the conversation other than, "Hey, that sounds really cool!"

 A suggestion of the visuals would be to add a "tiny" Gravatar to the
 specific comment (or ticket description) with a total "+" count for the
 ticket itself. This may also help to better prioritize tickets by
 providing a quantifiable metric to report against.
