 Very sorry to barge in this late, but I'm not sure I follow the 'flag'
 logic. The way I see it, it is simply not needed, nor is it even relevant.
 The country-to-language relationship (and vice-versa) is n-to-n, so that a
 flag adds nothing to the list.
