Comment:

 Patch 295.patch:
 * Removes bbPress/BuddyPress specific `profile_link` from respective
 Trac's to use `//profiles.wordpress.org/` for Core, bbPress, BuddyPress
 profile links

 Currently each comment on a ticket links to the commenter's
 `//profiles.wordpress.org/` profile anyway so for consistency, the fact
 'most' people 'typically' have a more detailed profile at this location,
 and the ability to lookup the users 'activity'...
