 On themes.trac.wordpress.org can we have a flag checkbox that will 'flag
 committers'. This will then ping a list of users. This filed should be
 available no matter what role.

 The idea is this helps with the cc field permission issues. It also means
 rather than remembering names and fixing to one person, all committers can
 jump in and help.
