 Linking from http://wordpress.org/download/source/ to the "convenient web
 interface," there is a page with only one option, for the WordPress Trunk,
 and clicking on that yields a 403 Forbidden error.

 Further, the /download/source page should be linked to from
 http://wordpress.org/about/license/ and maybe also
 http://wordpress.org/about/gpl/ and probably also
 http://make.wordpress.org/ (at least, http://make.wordpress.org/core/) and
 the new contributor handbook (https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/).
 It's surprisingly hard for a newcomer to be able to even find source to
 browse through.
