 I'm subscribed to [http://wordpress.org/plugins/rss/browse/new/ the RSS
 feed for new plugins in the plugin directory]. Since introducing SSL on
 wordpress.org this feed is showing duplicate entries for each plugin, with
 each entry having a different GUID (one HTTP and one HTTPS).
