 We often direct new potential contributors to make.wordpress.org, but
 there is no way for them to create a WordPress.org user account.  As this
 is a prerequisite to contributing and the make blogs are often given as a
 destination to get started, we should make it easier for people to create
 an account.


 Possible ideas for a fix:  Next to Login, display  a link to register
