 Thanks, I didn't know that editing the content would refresh template
 parts too.

 It looks like you don't actually have to make any changes, just click
 "Save page". I've cleared the cache for "WordPress Lessons" page that way.
 I don't have access to edit the main page, but the link to itself is not
 super relevant there anyway :)
